We are seeking an experienced Optimisation Manager to join our eCommerce team at Experian. As an Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the optimisation strategy and testing roadmap for our Free product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimisation Strategy: Develop and implement optimisation strategies to improve the commercial performance of our products.
  • Targeting and Personalisation: Design and implement targeted and personalised testing to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Feature Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of new feature releases.
  • Test Analysis: Analyse test results to inform optimisation decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Map customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in an Optimisation/Personalisation/E-commerce role, with a strong track record of delivering commercial results.
  • Numerate and Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform optimisation decisions.
  • Experience Running Targeted and Personalised Testing: Experience designing and implementing targeted and personalised testing to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Experience Improving Conversion Rates and Testing Feature Releases: Proven experience improving conversion rates and testing the impact of new feature releases.
  • Understanding of CRO Tools and Platforms: Strong understanding of CRO tools and platforms, including A/B testing and experimentation software.
