Lead the MAC Cosmetics Team

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager to lead our MAC Cosmetics team in Staines. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Coach and inspire team members to exceed their KPIs and develop their skills
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement

About You

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
