About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetics Store Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists at MAC. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with the store team to create and execute in-store events and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends
  • Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
