We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store/ Retail/ Business Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. As a key member of our team, you will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management and leadership
  • Coach and inspire team members to exceed their KPIs and develop their skills and knowledge
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
