About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profit growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and profit growth
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store budgets and financial performance to achieve sales and profit targets
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and profit targets

Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years retail management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem-solve
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to operate a POS system
