Job Title: Cluster Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cluster Team Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Cluster Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery for adults with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Support Workers and provide direct supervision and line management
  • Monitor, maintain, and provide the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery
  • Promote independence and choice for the people supported in the service
  • Act as an exemplary role model and promote good practice
  • Have experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities and Autism
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent)
