About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Direct Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop in areas such as:

  • Direct Sales to consumers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Attending local community events to promote our brand and products

You will be working closely with our Sales Trainer and Sales Team Leads to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to earn commission for each sale made. We expect you to quickly move up to a promotion to Direct Sales Executive, earning a higher salary and commission.

Key Requirements
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Enthusiasm and an outgoing personality with a desire to engage with the public
  • The ability to have good conversations with customers, educating them and building rapport quickly with a pleasant attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A desire to be coached, trained, and grow

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £22,000 plus travel allowance (£2k), plus commission (uncapped)
