About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Thrive Edinburgh. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide 1:1 peer practice lead support to individuals, utilizing your own lived experience of mental ill health to inspire hope and empowerment in others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 peer practice lead support to individuals, utilizing your own lived experience of mental ill health.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a multi-agency response to mental health needs.
  • Develop and deliver Decider Skills training to facilitate group work.
  • Contribute to the development of a ground-breaking approach to mental health services in Edinburgh.
