About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 peer practice lead support to individuals, using your own lived experience of mental ill health to inform your practice.
  • Deliver Decider Skills training to facilitate group work and promote positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Support Workers, Social Workers, Nurses, and Occupational Therapists.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative approaches to mental health services.
