Mental Health Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist mental health care to patients in crisis, including those with suicidal and psychotic episodes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Offer advice and guidance to healthcare professionals, carers, and clients.
- Support the development of mental health services and contribute to evidence-based standards and policies.
- Provide teaching and supervision to junior staff and students.
Requirements:
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in mental health care and community-based services.
- PVG Scheme membership/record.
