Job Summary:

As a Lead Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate and mentor employees within Custodia Technology Limited and its customers. You will utilize various platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and SharePoint to facilitate learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand the specific training requirements.
  • Create high-quality, consistent training materials tailored to the needs of customers, internal teams, and partners.
  • Roll out the training programs to all stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive, high-quality training to maximize the value of CC1, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Ensure that training materials are consistent, accurate, and of the highest quality, providing a unified learning experience across all audiences.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among customers, internal teams, and partners, creating a supportive and interconnected learning community.

Required Experience:

Strong communication and organizational skills, together with the ability to collaborate effectively with others, are essential. Previous experience in SaaS, proficiency in technology, and training software would be beneficial.

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
