About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive revenue through the sale of sponsorship opportunities across Prime Video programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to sell sponsorship opportunities across Prime Video programming, spanning multiple genres – Entertainment, Live Sports and Music.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sponsorship and partnership teams in agency groups and client direct, focusing on building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, and work with internal and external teams to ensure seamless development and execution of contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including LCS Sales, Agency Development, Marketing, Content Production, Legal, Finance and Ad Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of sponsorship commitments.
Requirements
  • Significant digital video or sponsorship sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and agency teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, with a strong understanding of sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
