Job Description

**Job Summary**

Insight Investment is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to support the Head of Sourcing & Third-Party Management in developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and serving as a key partner to the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, renewals, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding, ensuring due diligence and compliance.
  • Assist with developing and executing procurement strategies that support Insight's goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular sourcing reports, dashboards, and spend analysis to senior management.
  • Manage key supplier relationships, prepare, and establish NDA, MSA, SOW, pricelists, catalogues data, terminations, and other contracts in line with strategies.
  • Independently review and analyze contract asks, effectively communicate requirements, and determine solutions and actions in response to contract asks.
  • Advise on contract negotiation improvements.

**Additional Responsibilities**

  • Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
  • Liaising with legal and other SMEs for the negotiation of agreements when required.
  • Maintaining all data and documentation as required with high degree of accuracy as evidenced by data quality tool reporting.
  • Work with data to agree on sourcing strategies, cost modeling, and cost breakdowns.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Business, Procurement, Supply Chain degree or CIPS qualification preferred.
  • Ideally 5 years of total work experience.
  • Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and practices in the financial sector preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex projects and spend categories preferred.
