About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Assistant Director of Transformation at Golding Homes. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by leading the Transformation function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the successful delivery of strategic, large-scale projects and programmes that are essential in achieving our long-term organisational goals.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership, expertise, and guidance across several critical areas, including business change, service design, PMO, and project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of our business operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate these opportunities into actionable transformation capabilities that enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define principles and standards that harmonise project management methodologies, whether sourced internally or from external service providers.
