About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. You will work closely with our Home Manager to achieve our mission of providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure care plans are completed and evaluated regularly
  • Supervise and support team members to deliver high-quality care
  • Manage medication and ensure accurate handling and storage
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. Registered Nurse or NVQ minimum level 3)
  • Minimum of three years' experience in residential/nursing home setting
  • Awareness of Person-Centred Care Planning principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
