Job Title: Insurance Business Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Support Specialist to join our team at Sequel Business Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze client requirements for incidents and service requests using IT Service Management tooling.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support, development, and service delivery management teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our business processes and products to support clients.
  • Enhance product knowledge and help center articles to improve business and technical understanding.
  • Prioritize issues based on business impact and workload, escalating as needed.
  • Manage time effectively to meet contract service level agreements and client expectations.
  • Attend regular client meetings and engage with key stakeholders in projects and client support teams.
  • Provide basic levels of training as needed internally and externally.
  • Visit client offices and work remotely as needed to support clients.
  • Participate in service transition to ensure readiness for projects moving to BAU.
  • Identify and escalate risks to senior management or via standard process.
  • Ensure client data is secure and properly managed.
  • Develop and manage commercial and contractual engagement, including relationship management.
  • Negotiate and renew contractual agreements independently.
  • Manage client relationships of all sizes.
  • Understand and experience the software delivery lifecycle, with experience in one or more functional roles.
  • Experience with Salesforce to manage client relationships and pipeline.
