Customer Service Advisor - Trade Counter

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Bangor branch as a Customer Service Advisor - Trade Counter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the achievement of sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to all customers, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Build relationships with customers and respond promptly to their queries.
  • Ensure a high standard of 'good housekeeping' throughout the store.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to meet sales and profit targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a face-to-face sales and customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in the use of IT and have good computer literacy and telephone skills.
