About the Role

The entrust IT Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team at our Aldershot regional office. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisitions and expanding our customer base in the Central region, within a 30-mile radius of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telephone sales and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upsell opportunities and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed sales performance targets and contribute to the growth of our regional presence
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a relaxed telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the IT and technology industry
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Good telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Experience in a commercial setting, preferably in sales or a related field
