The entrust IT Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team at our Aldershot regional office. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisitions and expanding our customer base in the Central region, within a 30-mile radius of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telephone sales and lead generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upsell opportunities and increase revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed sales performance targets and contribute to the growth of our regional presence
- Strong interpersonal skills and a relaxed telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the IT and technology industry
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Good telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Experience in a commercial setting, preferably in sales or a related field
- Minimum 22 days holiday, with additional days added every year of service
