About the Role

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking an experienced IFS implementation specialist to join our Digital Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and lend your expertise to complex IFS projects, including new software implementations, upgrades, and improvement projects in various organization settings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and meeting client expectations.
  2. IFS Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IFS applications, including functionality and methodologies that support successful software projects in various organization settings and industries.
  3. Client Engagement: Facilitate client research and gathering requirements, define current and future processes and business requirements, and configure IFS modules.
  4. Project Execution: Execute project tasks, create deliverables, and assist client team members to meet goals.
  5. Knowledge Transfer: Appropriately transfer knowledge and/or train client peers to enable them to maintain implemented software solutions.
  6. Team Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent team skills and a positive attitude, and be familiar with and assist in meeting project budgets and timelines.
  7. Client Service: Deliver exceptional client service to all client interactions and projects, including internal clients/co-workers.
  8. Professional Development: Maintain current knowledge base in area of expertise by complying with continuing education requirements, participating in professional organizations, independent study, etc.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of five years of IFS implementation experience as a consultant or on a client team is required.
  2. In-depth functional knowledge within an area of IFS, such as Human Capital Management, Finance, Manufacturing, or distribution, is required.
  3. Understanding of an ERP project delivery methodology is preferred.
  4. Process improvement experience is beneficial but not required.
  5. Demonstrated excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong computer skills, are required.
  6. Ability to provide exceptional client service, effectively lead project teams, appropriately prioritize, pay attention to details, display appropriate professional appearance and demeanor, and work in a fast-paced, team environment are essential.
  7. Must be able to work non-standard and extended hours, based on project demand, and to travel overnight in order to meet client and/or internal demands.
