Job Description

The Head of Strategic Operations will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives, managing daily operations, and driving organizational efficiency at IFS. This role requires a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a proactive problem solver who can navigate complex challenges and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support - Assist the COO in developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management - Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Communication - Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Data Analysis - Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for decision making.
  • Meeting Coordination - Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for executive meetings.
  • Problem Solving - Identify and address operational challenges, providing innovative solutions.
  • Leadership - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in a similar role within a global enterprise software organization.
  • Skilled relationship and team builder with the ability to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills; fluent English.
  • Proven project management experience and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Strong management and influencing skills, results-oriented, with clear drive and initiative — highly motivated with a determination to succeed.
  • Tertiary education in business, management, or a related field or proven success in a similar role previously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
