Overview:

As an Engagement Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our services to ensure that individuals receive the appropriate care and support they require.

Your contributions will be vital in promoting co-production and engagement, as you will lead efforts to influence the development of services, strategies, and policies by actively involving community members, partners, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will serve as the essential link between the community and our comprehensive care services.

Your primary focus will be to create an environment where the voices of community members are heard. By organizing and facilitating focus groups, you will ensure that their insights and experiences drive improvements in our care services.

You will gather valuable information through various channels, gaining an understanding of the community's unique needs and aspirations. Your findings will guide us toward more effective and tailored service delivery.

Your influence will extend beyond data collection. As a catalyst for positive change, you will transform insights into actionable strategies. Whether through innovative technological solutions or transformative approaches, you will play a key role in reshaping service delivery. Your initiatives will inspire confidence and engagement, ensuring that community members have a direct impact on their well-being.

Candidate Profile:

  • A strong desire to create meaningful impact through research and engagement initiatives.

  • Experience in project management, community engagement, or partnership development is advantageous.
