Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Community Healthcare Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting health and wellbeing, and supporting our team in delivering excellent services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, healthcare professionals, and the community
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to improve health outcomes and quality of life
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver a range of healthcare services, including medication management, health checks, and disease prevention programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our community
  • Support and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care

Requirements

  • MPharm degree or equivalent
  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
