Broom Cottage is a residential care home providing support to up to 5 adults within a peaceful, community-based environment. Our focus is on promoting independence, positive behavior support, and vocational skills development for individuals with learning disabilities or autism.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment where our residents can thrive.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Encourage independence and foster a sense of community among residents through engaging activities and social events.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and progress.
  • Promote a safe and healthy environment for residents by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
