Job Role

We are seeking a caring and creative Support Worker to join our team at The Birches, a specialist service supporting individuals with mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing residential support in a homely environment, using a positive behaviour support (PBS) approach.

You will work closely with our residents to help them learn the skills they need to live a healthier and happier life back in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Participate in activities and engage with residents to promote their well-being
  • Use excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service

Requirements

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a real difference in someone's life.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is beneficial, but not essential.

We are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
