About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, manufacturing, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop building plans and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods.
  • Examine space and site requirements to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Negotiate effective technological solutions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare budgets and estimate material costs to ensure project feasibility.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work across all RIBA stages to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant field.
  • Have proficiency with Revit and other CAD software.
  • Have at least 3 years of UK working experience as an Architectural Technologist.
  • Have experience working within the manufacturing sector (desirable).
