Quality Controller Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Controller to join our team at Supreme Recruitment. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products meets customer and legislative requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Undertake quality control procedures as per the quality management system and complete associated documentation genuinely and legibly.
* Conduct inspections and checks at specific standards to ensure products meet customer and legislative requirements.
* Highlight and communicate any quality trends or product non-conformance to the QC Manager immediately.
* Engage, manage, and motivate the team working on the line to ensure optimum productivity and fruit utilization.
* Ensure production plans and stock sheets are followed.
* Maintain a healthy business relationship between FWM and its customers, growers, and suppliers.
* Service levels are maintained at above 99.9% and match customer's expectations.
* Work as an effective team, ensuring workload is shared equally among team members.

**Requirements:**

* Ensure all equipment is calibrated daily/as required and treated with care.
* Maintain Health & Safety, food safety, and hygiene standards.
* Follow QC Manager's work instructions due to seasonal changes and quality trends.
