About the Role

Martian Logic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new safety and compliance systems for project work, including off-site construction and management of sub-contractors
  • Drive a continuous improvement safety culture across manufacturing, projects, and servicing
  • Develop and maintain web-based processes and reporting to support a scalable safety and quality function
  • Collaborate with Projects and Manufacturing leadership to drive change, advising on best practice
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience in New Zealand Health and Safety, including setting up and managing H&S for new construction sites
  • Hands-on experience implementing or improving web-based H&S or Quality systems, including training, tracking, and compliance
  • Good experience with Quality systems and processes
  • Ideally a background in Construction or Oil and Gas

If you have any experience in the following areas, that would be a benefit:

  • Experience with engineering and/or manufacturing environments
  • Commissioning or hazardous area experience
  • Knowledge of Australian H&S practice in construction
