Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst x 2
Location: Hybrid - Onsite 3 days a week
Salary: Up to £35k per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team at RedRock Resourcing. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line technical support for desktop and laptop issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with MS Office Suite, Office 365, and Windows 10/11.
- Assist with DNS administration and network-related tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in support roles, with a strong understanding of MS Office Suite, Office 365, and Windows 10/11.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience in a customer service role.
- 2nd/3rd Line support role experience.
- Experience with a ticketing system is desirable.
