Job Title: Senior Reward Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reward Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the UK reward strategy, including pay, incentive, and recognition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the UK reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior operational and HR leaders to deliver the reward agenda.
  • Manage key reward projects and day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with company frameworks and principles.
  • Oversee the annual pay and incentive cycle, supporting 30,000+ hourly team members and site management teams.
  • Design and implement incentive schemes across 1,200+ locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage a £2m recognition and trading incentive budget to drive key business outcomes.
  • Develop reward frameworks for non-mainland UK hotels, ensuring local compliance while aligning with core frameworks.
  • Handle escalated reward queries, ensuring timely resolutions and high-quality service.
  • Provide clear and insightful data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reward management within a multi-site, high-volume environment.
  • Strong business partnering skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex reward initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing pay, incentive schemes, and working with senior stakeholders.
