Head of Commercial Job Description

Intelligent People is seeking a highly skilled Head of Commercial to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement a structured CRM and Key Account Management (KAM) strategy to ensure a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Elevate new product offerings and win back lost accounts through targeted sales efforts.
  • Lead a customer-centric culture and approach, prioritizing stakeholder management and leadership qualities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to set financial targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage commercial negotiations with new clients and maintain existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in running or overseeing a direct sales function.
  • A people-first approach and strong leadership qualities.
  • Understanding of KAM principles.
  • Interest or experience in the tech4good sector is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package of £70,000 - £75,000 + bonus + benefits.
  • A fully remote work arrangement with a London office (monthly team meetings).
  • A 9-day fortnight working week.
