Job Overview

Roxwell Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to support the delivery of a comprehensive and effective HR service to our clients. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Manage employee communications, including policy development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead HR projects, including absence management, performance management, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development of HR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR advisory roles, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • CIPD level 5 or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience of working in a team environment and contributing to business outcomes.
