We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Hovis Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our Logistics division and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to our leadership teams on employee relations, engagement, learning and development, and other HR-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations cases, coaching and guiding our managers to ensure fair and effective resolution in line with Company Policy.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to align and execute our People plan, championing change and the development of our teams.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR practices and processes, ensuring the overall effectiveness and innovation of the HR function.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards this.
  • SAP Time and Attendance experience is desirable.
