Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver HR services and support organisational change projects.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Deliver HR training and coaching to build managers' capability and support the development of a high-performing team.
  • Support TUPE processes and lead on restructuring projects to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience of leading on TUPE and restructuring projects.
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of in-house people management and leadership training and workshops for line managers.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
