Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our centralised HR team at TMW Unlimited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business partners and employees across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees, managers, and directors on employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and reflect best practice.
  • Conduct HR meetings, investigations, and disciplinary procedures, and complete necessary paperwork and administration.
  • Manage flexible working requests, maternity and paternity leave, and develop policies and procedures to support employees.
  • Maintain the company's commitment to equality and diversity.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, salary increases, promotions, and progression planning.
  • Communicate payroll changes to the company payroll provider.
  • Develop and maintain HR systems, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to the HR Administrator.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar level Senior HR Advisor role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and directors.
  • A skilled listener, with emotional intelligence and the ability to apply sound personal judgement in sensitive situations.
  • Commercial and business awareness, with the ability to understand the people challenges of our industry and the business as a whole.
  • Strong administration skills, proficient in MS Office packages and HR systems.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
