Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our centralised HR team at Unlimited Group. As a vital part of our team, you will provide invaluable support across the organisation, focusing on TMW Unlimited.

This is a generalist role, requiring technical as well as practical advice and guidance. You will work closely with a dedicated HR Business Partner and be supported by the wider team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and practical advice to employees and managers
  • Support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR services
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve HR objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR generalist role
  • Strong technical knowledge of HR practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
