About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our talented HR team at Roxwell Talent. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in providing a comprehensive and effective HR service to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, including complex conflict resolution and disciplinary/grievance procedures.
  2. Develop and implement core people processes, such as parental leave, probation, and performance reviews.
  3. Coach and influence managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to manage their teams effectively.
  4. Work closely with the People and Reward Manager and HR Business Partners to ensure clear communication, alignment, and consistency of approach.
  5. Deal with first and second-level queries from employees regarding general HR and benefits.
  6. Absence monitoring and contact with employees on sick leave, including arranging meetings and OH referrals.
  7. Produce reports and management information from the HR Management System and other sources.
  8. Prepare correspondence on general HR matters, such as exit interviews, return to work meetings, and performance meetings.
  9. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  10. Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience of Advisor level work in a confidential professional services environment.
  2. CIPD level 5 or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  4. A solution-focused approach to conflict resolution.
  5. Proficiency in HR management systems.
  6. A proactive approach to employee engagement and wellbeing.
  7. Proven ability to plan and implement projects/initiatives.
  8. Analytical skills to quickly evaluate data/situations and reach conclusions.
  9. Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
  10. Ability to work with appropriate attention to detail and high standards, whilst still working at pace.
