Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate data entry for new direct cases, ensuring all relevant information is included
  • Preparing case files for Case Managers to enable informed underwriting decisions
  • Managing the case pipeline to meet agreed SLAs and completion deadlines, liaising with customers and intermediaries as needed
  • Reviewing and checking documentation on cases pre-funding to mitigate risk and minimize potential financial losses
  • Developing relationships with our panel of solicitors to enhance their understanding of our internal processes
  • Supporting Case Managers to operate with maximum efficiency by managing inbound and outbound phone calls from customers and brokers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to minimizing customer effort and maximizing business goals
  • Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in a financial services environment
  • A deep understanding of what constitutes a good customer outcome
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, enabling cases to be funded in the optimum timeframe
