We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Training Specialist to join our team at American Family Care, Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning development.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operational, administrative, and training staff, to develop effective and engaging curricula that meet the needs of our employees.
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning content, including multimedia elements, using a range of authoring tools and web-based platforms.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine the most effective training modalities and develop e-learning modules to address performance gaps.
- Manage training projects from development to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Evaluate and revise training programs, policies, and procedures to ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Upload documents, files, and policies to our internal knowledge management system.
- Assist with the implementation of our New Hire Training Program and collect feedback from new hires.
- Maintain a project folder and ensure that all training materials are accessible to the training team.
- Follow all organizational rules, policies, and procedures, and maintain regular attendance to meet training schedule requirements.
- Conduct in-person training sessions and train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
- High level of comfort and fluency with computer systems, databases, e-learning, and course-authoring software.
- Prior training or experience in instructional design is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a related field, such as nursing, medical office, or training, is preferred.
This role will be based in an office environment and may require occasional work in a clinical setting. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams and must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
