About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong stakeholder management skills, flexibility, and fluidity in relation to work tasks and problem-solving. As a Demand Planner Lead, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end forecasting S&OP process, bringing together insights from regional and national colleagues to deliver a single unified forecast for the vaccination & screening program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the S&OP forecasting process to generate a unified forecast signal for different National vaccination programmes.
  • Coordinate and manage inputs from central and regional teams to create an agreed forecast signal.
  • Generate and cascade data insights to inform future demand.
  • Create and control operational vaccine deployment splits.
  • Develop and maintain forecast and uptake KPIs supporting the improvement of patient uptake.

Person Specification

Qualifications:

  • Educated to a bachelor's degree level or equivalent level of experience.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in building KPI reports and working with large datasets.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with considerable autonomy, potentially with novel systems and processes.

Skills, Capabilities, and Attributes:

  • Ability to perform scenario, forecasting, and causal-based modelling.
  • Ability to proactively diagnose, triage, and solve root cause problems.
