About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Director to join our team in Greater London. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for leading a range of projects, engaging in both development management and development plan/policy work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand the established Planning team.
  • Develop the client base, oversee existing client instructions, and cultivate new client opportunities.
  • Manage staff workloads and professional development to ensure adherence to required standards.
  • Identify and secure opportunities in growth sectors.
  • Ensure Office profitability, including client accounts, budgeting, and income projections.

Requirements:

  • Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • 10 years of professional experience, ideally a blend of private sector consultancy and public sector or client-side roles.
  • Candidates should hold a postgraduate qualification in Planning.
