Job Opportunity: Director of Strategic Planning

Hunter Bond, a leading technology firm, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Planning to lead our European Outsourced Contact Centre operation.

As the Workforce Management (WFM) Lead, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing accurate resource forecasting and planning strategies
  2. Creating and delivering monthly commercial reports and forecasts
  3. Playing a critical role in the organisation's annual planning cycle

  1. Strong background in Workforce Management
  2. Good understanding of outsourced vendor model environments
