Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Director to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee key client accounts and build strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives.
  • Develop Communication Structures: Take ownership of strategic briefs and guide Planning and Investment teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with insights, technology, and effectiveness divisions to develop comprehensive strategies that drive results.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Drive New Business: Play a crucial role in new business efforts and enhance agency revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Solid Experience: 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying.
  • Strategic Focus: Previous experience in a strategically focused role within the media sphere.
  • Account Director: Account Director or equivalent level of experience.
  • Media Planning and Buying: Demonstrable experience in media planning and buying.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry topics and research.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
