About the Role

DiverseJobsMatter is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Pricing department, you will be responsible for providing expert pricing guidance and support to our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with our Manufacturer Relations team to ensure pricing proposals are aligned with manufacturer requirements.
  • Present pricing insights and recommendations to senior management, influencing business strategy and driving positive change.
  • Support the Pricing Manager in communicating pricing information to the organization, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a pricing or analytical role, with a strong understanding of commercial principles and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as economics, business, or mathematics.
