Job Title: Actuarial - Pricing Analyst
Job Summary:
Pioneer Search Ltd is seeking a skilled Actuarial - Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing strategies for commercial lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and propose new pricing techniques to improve profitability and competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain rating engines, factors, and tools to support pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with underwriters to design and launch new products.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Scientists to automate workflows and leverage data analytics capabilities.
- Leverage industry expertise to drive innovation and improve business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial lines pricing, with a strong understanding of actuarial principles and practices.
- Expertise in Python and SQL, including analysis in Notebooks.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
