We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at the Trawlerman pub in Cleethorpes. As a key member of our senior team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of the pub, including operations, finance, and human resources.
- Build strong relationships with local suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
The Trawlerman is a seasonal, community pub located in the heart of Cleethorpes. With a strong reputation for excellent food and drink, we are looking for a General Manager who can build on our success and drive growth in a competitive market.
