Senior Global Event Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Global Event Manager to join our Marketing team at Keboola Group.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate with the Marketing and Sales departments to implement Keboola's strategies through both hosted and sponsored events. This role involves integrating the global events strategy with regional marketing and sales strategies, resulting in impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of offline and online events, ensuring smooth execution and goal achievement.
  • Manage and coordinate event projects, collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders for flawless execution.
  • Work with Product, Solution Engineers, and Sales teams to contribute to the success of Keboola's events program.
  • Bring innovative ideas to enhance the event experience for offline and online formats, making each event engaging and impactful.
  • Regularly assess and provide feedback on event processes and outcomes, striving for continuous improvement in event management practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in organizing virtual and physical events, preferably in the tech startup industry.
  • Skilled in project management with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
