This is a hands-on role that will touch all parts of the organization, working directly with senior management to drive business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Manage and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement recruitment processes that attract and retain top talent
- Develop and maintain a robust employee onboarding program that ensures a seamless transition for new hires
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law and HR best practices to senior management and employees
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and growth
- Manage and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- CIPD qualified (level 5) or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
