My client, a dynamic SAAS company operating in the property sector, has relocated to a state-of-the-art head office in Cardiff. This is a hands-on role that will involve working closely with the owner and senior management team to drive HR initiatives across the business.

Requirements

  1. A proven track record of managing HR functions for a business or organization
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
  3. CIPD qualification (level 5)
  4. Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams
  5. Experience in managing recruitment processes
  6. Experience working at senior management level
  7. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a clear and concise HR strategy, ensuring efficient and effective systems and processes for the business
  2. Monitor, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation
  3. Manage HR training and development programs for all employees
  4. Collaborate with senior management to manage recruitment processes and workplace diversity
  5. Oversee the benefits program
  6. Review and manage onboarding processes for new starters
  7. Provide mental health support to employees
  8. Build and lead a HR team as the company grows
