We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Practitioner to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Respiratory Practitioner - Altered Airways Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing expert clinical advice and support to patients with altered airways and complex respiratory needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on altered airway and complex respiratory management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes and promote independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on altered airway and complex respiratory management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Advanced skills in respiratory management, including altered airway and complex respiratory care.
- Experience working with patients with altered airways and complex respiratory needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
