Join TMT Finance, a leading media organization, as an HR Business Partner to spearhead Talent Management, People Development, Recruitment, and Onboarding as we expand our workforce. Your strategic HR initiatives will play a vital role in nurturing our vibrant culture and achieving our ambitious objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
  • Guide organizational transformation and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Refine performance management and compensation frameworks.
  • Design and implement training initiatives while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
  • Deliver strategic insights to leadership and oversee HR financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in HR with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Expertise in HR metrics and information systems.
  • Approachable and empathetic with a friendly demeanor.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Capability to engage effectively across diverse age groups.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
